Tomahawk strives to keep a current inventory of all products on its website, but availability is subject to change without notice. If you place an order for a product that is out of stock, Tomahawk will contact you to advise you of the expected availability date, and you may choose to wait for the product to be restocked or cancel you order.
Pricing and payment:
Price for products on website are listed in USD dollars, Euro’s and SRD and are subject to change without notice. Tomahawk accepts payments via online bank transfers, credit cards, PayPal, IDEAL, POS and cash upon delivery> All payments must be made in full before Tomahawk will deliver or ship your order.
Shipping and Delivery:
Tomahawk will ship your order via a courier of its choice. The cost of shipping will be calculated based on the size and weight of your order, and your location. Tomahawk will use reasonable efforts to deliver your order to you within a reasonable timeframe, but cannot guarantee delivery dates or times.
Returns and Exchanges:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to Tomahawk within 1 day of delivery for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be in its original packaging and in the same condition as when it was received. Tomahawk reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges if the product has been used or damaged.

The content on the website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Tomahawk or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
